What's on the board and what each part does
Four zones, a ring of light, a button and a speaker. No screen, no microphone, no camera.
Four zones
Each zone reads one figure. There are four: 1, blue, top left; 2, green, top right; 3, yellow, bottom left; and 4, pink, bottom right. The colour of each zone never changes.

You choose up to three themes for your board —fears, habits…— and each story works on just one, so it doesn't get diluted.
A warm voice
Stories are written directly in the language you choose, not translated, and told by a warm, natural voice.
With their name
With the subscription, new stories can include your child's name, age and themes.
Checked by a person
A person reviews the catalogue stories before they play. For new ones, our team can review and withdraw them.

You're in control, from your phone
The board works with the story catalogue without you touching anything. If you want to adjust it, everything is in your portal, and the settings are free.
Volume and voices
Turn the volume up or down and decide whether the board speaks up.
Ring brightness
Choose how bright the ring shines: low, medium or high.
Daily stories and bedtime
Set a limit of stories per day and the time after which the board rests.
Light after the story
A warm light that fades out by itself. You choose how long it lasts: 0, 5, 10 or 20 minutes.
Themes
Up to three themes per board; each story uses one.
Your child's data
We only keep what you enter in your portal, and all of it is optional: a name or nickname, approximate age, language and themes.

What families usually ask
What is GrowTales?
A board with four zones and a speaker. The child places figures on the zones, presses the button and a story with those characters plays. It has no screen: it's all touch and voice.
What age is it for?
For children aged 3 to 7. Stories are written for the age you set in the profile: short sentences, one new word in every story and a calm ending.
Can I buy it yet?
Not yet: the board is in pilot. If you join the waiting list we'll let you know when units are available. The expected price is between €99 and €129, to be confirmed with the first production run.
Does it have a microphone or a camera?
No. The child only places figures and presses a button; the board neither listens nor watches.
What child data is stored?
Only what you enter in your portal, and all of it is optional: a name or nickname, approximate age, language and themes. Without a name, stories don't say it. To write and narrate a new story, that information is shared with our AI providers (Anthropic for the text and ElevenLabs for the voice), as the privacy policy explains.
What is free and what costs money?
The story catalogue and every board setting (volume, light, daily stories, bedtime) are free. The subscription, €4.99 a month or €39.99 a year, adds 15 new stories a month on each board, with your child's name, age and themes. Cancel any time from the portal.
